Dazu nutzt man das Defragmentierungsprogramm <em><strong>defrag<\/strong><\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber <em><strong>Start \/ Alle Programme \/ Zubeh\u00f6r<\/strong><\/em> landet man bei der <em><strong>Eingabeaufforderung<\/strong><\/em>.
