ISO-Dateien sind getreue Abbilder \u2013 so genannte Images \u2013 von CDs oder DVDs. Sie sind also dazu gedacht, wieder auf CD gebrannt zu werden. Ein h\u00e4ufiger Anwendungsfall sind beispielsweise die erw\u00e4hnten Linux-CDs. Diese schiebt man ins Laufwerk und bootet dann direkt in das entsprechende Linux. Wie aber bekommt man die ISO-Datei auf den Silberling?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die nahe liegendste M\u00f6glichkeit ist nat\u00fcrlich ein Brennprogramm. So ziemlich alle davon haben eine entsprechende Funktion eingebaut. Das Erstellen einer CD l\u00e4sst sich aber auch ohne Extra-Brennsoftware bewerkstelligen. Und zwar mit dem <strong>Festplatten-Dienstprogramm<\/strong>, dessen deutscher Name diese Funktion nicht wirklich vermuten l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Das <strong>Festplatten-Dienstprogramm<\/strong> \u2013 auf Englisch Disk Utility genannt \u2013 findet man unter den <strong>Dienstprogrammen<\/strong> im Programme-Ordner.\u00a0 Dort \u00f6ffnet man im Men\u00fc <strong>Ablage<\/strong> die gew\u00fcnschte ISO-Datei mit dem Befehl<strong> Image \u00f6ffnen &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In der Liste links taucht das Image auf. Mit einem Rechtsklick darauf \u00f6ffnet man nun das Kontextmen\u00fc und w\u00e4hlt <strong>Brennen<\/strong> aus. Das Festplatten-Dienstprogramm fordert uns nun auf, einen Rohling einzulegen, welcher nat\u00fcrlich mindestens die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Image-Datei haben sollte.
