    Knowing the layout of the maps<\/b> is important when you want to set off sabotage. For example, Mira HQ has an odd design that makes it hard to get from the cafeteria to the reactor in time. The Skeld, on the other hand, has a very evenly-distributed floor plan that makes it easy to get from one end of the ship to the other.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You should also know <\/span>where players need to go for their tasks<\/b>, any isolated areas they could be in, and where the cameras are. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Vent locations<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The ventilation shafts are your key to <\/span>quick movement around the map<\/b>. You can quickly make kills and establish alibis, or you can get ahead of a player trying to report you for something. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Learning where they are and what rooms they connect to is vital. You need to be able to move around at-will and not be hiding in the vents for too long.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Sight lines<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The <\/span>crewmates have limited visibility<\/b> throughout the ship (even more so if you kill the lights), but the Impostor isn\u2019t affected by this. Use that to your advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Here\u2019s something important to consider: just because you can see a crewmate doesn\u2019t mean they can see you. Crewmate visibility is restricted by the game\u2019s settings and by any \u2018blocking\u2019 objects, like walls or closed doors. <\/span>Learn these angles<\/b> so that you don\u2019t panic unnecessarily.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Figure out which rooms are the best to leave a body in instead of merely walking away. In Mira HQ, the <\/span>storage closet might be a good place<\/b>, as well as the greenhouse.
