The new <strong>tilt-shift<\/strong> filter applies depth of field and blur to your pictures, bringing certain parts of the image to the foreground, and blurring others to make them appear further away. Tilt-shift is often known as the &#8216;<strong>model village<\/strong>&#8216; effect, for the way the pictures come out.
