The growing popularity of <\/span>Roblox<\/span><\/a> has led to the company improving the game and what they offer the players. <\/span>Roblox<\/span> on Android<\/span><\/a> and other devices offers an in-game chat system where you can type messages to other players. However, the developers announced that they are working on releasing a <\/span>voice chat<\/span> feature<\/span> across all platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, at this stage<\/span>, <\/span>voice chat<\/span> is not available on any other platform except <\/span>Xbox<\/span> One. This is because Xbox One does not have the usual <\/span>chat<\/span> function available. <\/span><\/p>\n

One of their concerns, and the biggest reason behind this not being available yet, is how to monitor the <\/span>voice chat<\/span>. They have to ensure that it is safe for children to use this <\/span>feature<\/span> since children make up about 52% of the overall players. This is extremely difficult, given monitoring <\/span>voice chat<\/span> takes a lot of time and isn\u2019t easy to do.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roblox<\/span> on <\/span>Xbox One already has a <\/span>voice chat<\/span> function available. This system lets you chat with friends and party members on <\/span>Roblox<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have a microphone connected to your <\/span>Xbox<\/span> One, either via a headset or Kinect, you will automatically be placed into voice chat with other players in the game.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Get Voice Chat on Roblox Xbox One<\/b><\/h2>\n

Now let\u2019s <\/span>look at how you can enable <\/span>voice chat<\/span> on your <\/span>Xbox<\/span> One in <\/span>Roblox.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Connect Headset With Mic or Kinect<\/b><\/h3>\n

Make sure that you have your headset with mic or Kinect connected to your <\/span>Xbox<\/span> One.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Open Roblox<\/b><\/h3>\n

Go into <\/span>Roblox<\/span> on your <\/span>Xbox<\/span> One. You should be able to find <\/span>Roblox<\/span> under your games if you have it installed on your <\/span>Xbox<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: Choose Your Game<\/b><\/h3>\n

Choose which game you want to play, such as <\/span>Adopt Me<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4: Access the Player List<\/b><\/h3>\n

Once in the game, access your dial menu by pressing \u2018Start\u2019 on your controller and choosing \u2018Player List\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5: Now Press \u2018Y.\u2019<\/b><\/h3>\n

If you look at your screen\u2019s bottom right, you will see a notice stating that you can activate the <\/span>voice chat<\/span> if you press \u2018Y\u2019 on your controller. <\/span><\/p>\n

Press\u2019 Y\u2019 to activate voice chat for your <\/span>Roblox<\/span> game. If you do not want to use voice chat, you can follow this same procedure and press \u2018Y\u2019 again to disable it.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does that mean?<\/b><\/h2>\n

You can enjoy <\/span>voice chat<\/span> if you are playing on Xbox One.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are playing on another console, you will have to use the <\/span>regular typing <\/span>chat<\/span> feature<\/span> until <\/span>Roblox<\/span> releases <\/span>voice chat<\/span> on other platforms such as <\/span>iPad<\/span> or mobile.<\/span><\/p>\n
