Another feature of the program is that you can also <strong>record your screen<\/strong>. This can be very valuable, as the recordings can be used as training materials and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if you work for a computer support company, then having recordings of your support sessions can help in training new employees and also as a record of your sessions. But, how do you record in AnyDesk?<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"howto_container schema-howto-acf-block\"><ol><li><div class=\"howto_item\"><h2>Open \u201cRecording\u201d<\/h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2021\/05\/How-to-Record-in-AnyDesk-step-1.jpg\" alt=\"How to Record in AnyDesk\" width=\"500\" height=\"249\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Launch the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AnyDesk<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> application on your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">computer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Click on the three vertical dots that represent your settings menu. Once the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recording<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been unlocked, you will have the record button on your main <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">screen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. You can also choose to enable one of the three different automatic options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The first option is \u2018Start Session Recording When a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Session<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Starts,\u2019 which will enable the global <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recording<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; The next choice is \u2018Record Incoming <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sessions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u2019 and enabling this option will automatically record any incoming <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sessions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Then the last option is \u2018Record Outgoing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sessions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u2019 which, once enabled, automatically starts <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recording<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> any outgoing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sessions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"howto_item\"><h2>Record Sessions Using the \u2018Record\u2019 Button<\/h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2021\/05\/How-to-Record-in-AnyDesk-step-3.jpg\" alt=\"How to Record in AnyDesk\" width=\"639\" height=\"350\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t want to set automatic <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recordings<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you can also choose to record a specific session or start in the middle of a particular <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">session<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. There is a way to do that.
