There may come a time when you’ll need to change your AnyDesk address if you have a new Windows<\/a>, Android<\/a> and iOS<\/a> device. The need may also arise if you’ve changed companies or you want to disconnect from a previous platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing it in the settings is straightforward. In this quick guide, we’ll show you how we managed to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Find the \u201cID and Alias\u201d settings<\/h2>\"How

    Open the Anydesk app on your computer and click \u201cSettings.\u201d A window will pop up where you\u2019ll find the \u201cID and Alias\u201d settings. Select \u201cChoose Alias.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  2. Input the new address and save<\/h2>\"How

    Once you click the setting, another window will appear, where you\u2019ll be able to set an easy-to-remember address, which usually consists of numbers, letters, and some signs (dots, minuses, and underscores). Ensure that the address you\u2019re choosing is unique, as you\u2019ll not be able to repeat one if it\u2019s in use by someone else.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ol><\/div>
