They seem to be a popular topic for messages coming from friends and relatives with too much spare time on their hands. But have you ever tried creating one? It&#8217;s easier than you think, and it might actually be a good way to share pictures &#8211; just don&#8217;t abuse the slideshows with cute kitty images!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Open up PowerPoint, click the <strong>Insert<\/strong> tab and then the<strong> Photo Album<\/strong> button. Select <strong>New Photo Album<\/strong> to open the Photo Album settings menu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2011\/05\/ppt01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17213\" title=\"PowerPoint - Open Photo Album\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2011\/05\/ppt01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2011\/05\/ppt01.jpg 406w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2011\/05\/ppt01-300x138.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> In this new window, click the <strong>File\/Disk<\/strong> button to select the photos you want to use in your slideshow. Click the <strong>Design<\/strong> tab and select one from the drop-down menu. Now it&#8217;s time to save it to PPT and share it by email.
