Many users sent complaints about the outage, leaving the social media company wondering what was happening. It had no idea that <strong>Twitter was having issues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After doing some fiddling, the company managed to <strong>resolve the issue<\/strong> without explaining what had gone wrong. This follows a similar incident on Feb 11 when people weren\u2019t able to post Tweets during the day. The timelines also wouldn\u2019t load properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Twitter is busy <strong>testing new features<\/strong> at the moment. The first involves incorporating long-form articles named Twitter Articles. It\u2019s also planning to drop its connection to its two-factor service provider, as it seems that it performs surveillance operations. For all we know, any of these two factors could be playing a role in the recent outages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While one incident is worth ignoring, a <strong>repeat Twitter outage<\/strong> sends up alarms to fans. There\u2019s seems to be a rise in users complaining about the platform. Perhaps it\u2019s time for a massive update that will finally change the way the platform works. For instance, it would be great if the mobile app worked properly on some mobile brands instead of redirecting to the browser.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until then, we\u2019ll wait and see if Twitter develops <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/wongmjane\/status\/1494347084199514113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">any more issues<\/a> in the weeks to come.
