So what does it do, exactly?&nbsp;By letting you choose between different modes, it prevents unnecessary notifications from interrupting you while you are working on your computer.&nbsp;You can use this option to schedule task sessions, breaks, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable Focus Sessions, click on the <strong>clock <\/strong>icon on your taskbar.&nbsp;If it doesn\u2019t appear right away, click on the search icon and type <strong>Clock<\/strong>.&nbsp;This will open the app, and you\u2019ll see the menu with all the options to improve your productivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/02\/foto-6-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-243835\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create-direct-links-to-your-folders-in-the-start-menu\">Create direct links to your folders in the start menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Windows 11, you can <strong>create direct links to your folders<\/strong> and display them in the Windows start menu.&nbsp;To do this, follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the <strong>Settings <\/strong>menu on your computer.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Personalization <\/strong>and click on <strong>Start<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Then select <strong>Folders<\/strong>, and a menu will appear with different settings and options to choose from.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/02\/foto-3-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-243830\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"voice-typing\">Voice typing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voice typing<\/strong> isn\u2019t a new feature in Windows. This option has been around for a while, so it\u2019s had a chance to evolve into an excellent typing assistant. Microsoft\u2019s <strong>dictation<\/strong> tool converts spoken words into text quite accurately, has <strong>automatic spelling and punctuation<\/strong> options and can even detect our intonation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start using this feature, click the <strong>Windows button along with the H key<\/strong>. Then you&#8217;ll see a window pop up with different voice typing options that you can select as needed. This is possible thanks to a process that <strong>uses your hard drive<\/strong> and makes the system boot up much faster. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast Startup is enabled by <strong>default<\/strong> in Windows 11, but you can disable it from the <strong>Control Panel<\/strong>, accessed from the search bar located on the toolbar. Click on <strong>System<\/strong> and Security and go to <strong>Change what the power buttons do<\/strong>. You\u2019ll see a section called Define power buttons. There, click on<strong> Change settings that are currently unavailable<\/strong>. Keep in mind that in order to make changes to the system, you\u2019ll need to have logged on as an administrator.
