While video games may be a good option, it&#8217;s also nice to go back to old pastimes like coloring books. And you don&#8217;t even have to buy them: you can create them yourself with <a href=\"http:\/\/adobe-photoshop.en.softonic.com\/\" title=\"Photoshop\"><strong>Photoshop<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>1. First, select your image and create a copy of the background layer by hitting <strong>Ctrl+J<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2007\/07\/ps-howto-coloring-book-01.jpg\" id=\"image1977\" alt=\"Create a coloring book with Photoshop\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Then go to <strong>Filters &gt; Sketch &gt; Photocopy<\/strong> and adjust the Details and Darkness sliders. Try to keep the first one as low as possible, just to see the outlines you want to keep in your drawing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2007\/07\/ps-howto-coloring-book-02.jpg\" id=\"image1978\" alt=\"Create a coloring book with Photoshop\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Once done, press <strong>Ctrl+L<\/strong> and adjust the image&#8217;s levels.
