Television hasn\u2019t had the best track record of being too good for you. In fact, thinking back to childhood, you likely remember watching TV appearing on the list of unhealthy habits that you should break. However, since Jane Fonda\u2019s workout videos<\/strong>, we\u2019ve been exposed to more health-conscious TV. Most people don\u2019t watch cable anymore, and VHS <\/a>hasn\u2019t been a thing for quite a while, but Netflix <\/a>is bringing back mainstream access to health-conscious TV with its latest partnership.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The subscription-based entertainment service is partnering with Nike to offer access to the Nike training club. For anyone who isn\u2019t already aware, Nike Training Club is a fitness app that gives users access to all sorts of fitness training programs. With a roster comprised of endurance and mobility training, high-intensity interval training<\/strong> (HIIT), yoga, and strength training, there\u2019s something for everyone who wants to build a healthier lifestyle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The app also hosts fitness training programs at numerous fitness levels, so no matter whether you\u2019re a greenie when it comes to fitness or whether you\u2019re a seasoned pro, there\u2019s something to keep you entertained and getting fit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nike Training Club<\/a> episodes will begin streaming from December 30th. Netflix has also stated that the episodes will be released onto the platform in two batches. The first batch is due to drop next week. However, the second will only be released sometime in 2023. We can assume that the service wants to give people enough time to explore the first batch first, or the service wants to ensure that the Nike X Netflix<\/strong> idea is a winning combination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first batch of Nike<\/a> Training Club will be comprised of 46 individual classes arranged into five specially curated sessions. The sessions will be Two Weeks to a Stronger Core, Kickstart Fitness with the Basics, Feel-good Fitness, HIIT & Strength with Tara, and Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga<\/strong>.
