Gerard Johnstone&#8217;s film has been the umpteenth to bring us a murderous Artificial Intelligence, and although <a href=\"https:\/\/en.softonic.com\/articles\/how-long-will-it-take-to-have-our-own-m3gan\" title=\"we still have to wait to find a doll like her in reality\">we still have to wait to find a doll like her in reality<\/a>, Universal and Blumhouse are already working on its sequel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As reported in <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/film\/news\/megan-2-sequel-release-date-1235493838\/\" title=\"Variety\">Variety<\/a>, M3gan 2 will arrive in 2025. The original screenwriter of the tape, Akela Cooper, is working on the new script, and her intention is to have it during this year to film the next one and release the next one. If the plans go ahead, the premiere will be planned for January 17, 2025, so it could once again become a new horror bet for the winter season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No wonder this decision was made. Since its debut on January 6, the film has become a huge success. In fact, it is not even clear if M3gan will be the protagonist again or if they will throw for a new Artificial Intelligence toy.
