As we have already mentioned, ChatGPT<\/strong> is leading a real technological revolution: that of artificial intelligences<\/a>. With each passing day, more and more companies are deciding to integrate the AI chatbot created by OpenAI<\/a><\/strong>, in one way or another. From browsers like Opera<\/a><\/strong> or Microsoft Edge<\/strong> (through the Bing<\/strong> search engine)<\/a>, to social networks like Snapchat<\/a><\/strong>, ChatGPT is increasingly present in the technological world.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now, the popular chatbot is making the move to Slack<\/a><\/strong>, the messaging app used in companies around the world (and which bears a strong similarity to Discord<\/a><\/strong>). Salesforce<\/strong>, its parent company, announced<\/a> on Tuesday a new application based on ChatGPT that will help us write responses to our coworkers<\/strong> in a matter of “seconds”.<\/p>\n\n\n

According to The Verge<\/a><\/strong>, to use this new Slack application, we will only have to click on the three-dot icon that appears in a conversation and click on “Compose reply”<\/strong>. At the moment, it is not known how complex or detailed the responses created by the AI will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ChatGPT bot in Slack will also help us find answers “on any project or topic” by making use of its AI-based research tools, as well as summarize the content of channels and threads<\/strong> in order to quickly find out what bosses have said or what tasks have been sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new feature is still in beta<\/strong> and is being tested among companies and organizations selected by Slack. Those who want to join the waiting list<\/strong> should sign up at this link<\/a> and wait for confirmation from Slack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new bot is not the only thing Salesforce is creating in AI. The company is also developing a proprietary version of the ChatGPT model for CRM<\/a> systems called Einstein GPT<\/strong><\/a>. Using proprietary and OpenAI technology, the AI will allow it to automatically compose emails and create marketing content<\/strong>, in much the same way as Copilot<\/a><\/strong>, the new AI recently announced by Microsoft<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
