Flumping is a mix of &#8220;flicking&#8221; and &#8220;jumping,&#8221; and involves the use of urban platforms and the exploration that will take place when not skating directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/skate-4-3-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-284736\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skate 4: a game as a service?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full Circle has re-emphasized that <strong>their version of Skate will be a living, growing game, and that progression and rewards are central<\/strong> to their design plan &#8211; &#8220;expect something different every day, week or season.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Skate was officially confirmed in 2020, after a year-long fan campaign.<strong> In 2021, EA announced the team creating the new Skate<\/strong>.
