It includes a wide variety of filters, tools and special effects that help you <strong>touch up and edit your digital images<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blending one image over another to create a combined image<\/strong> is a great way to add an artistic effect to some of your photos. It&#8217;s also convenient for people who take multiple photos in quick succession and want to add certain objects in one photo to another with a similar backdrop. With Photoscape, this is quite simple to do, once you learn the process&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1.Pick two images you would like to combine and then launch Photoscape.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22494\" title=\"Photoscape: Choose your photos\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep1-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Locate the photo you want to use as your base image by searching through your hard drive in Photoscape&#8217;s top left frame.\u00a0 Images will appear in the bottom left frame once you\u2019ve opened an appropriate folder.<\/p>\n<p>Click and drag your chosen photo into Photoscape\u2019s main center frame.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22499\" title=\"Photoscape: Move your image into the batch editor\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"596\" height=\"411\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep31.jpg 596w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2012\/02\/photoscapestep31-300x206.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Now it\u2019s time to choose the image you want to overlay onto your base photo. In the far right frame, there is a set of three tabs called <strong>Home<\/strong>, <strong>Filter <\/strong>and <strong>Object<\/strong>. Click on the <strong>Object <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n<p>Check the box marked <strong>Photo 1<\/strong>, then browse and select the photo you want to overlay onto your base photo. You\u2019ll also notice that the base image is now hidden by the new top photo. In order to see both images, you\u2019re going to need to <strong>change the opacity<\/strong> of the top photo.<\/p>\n<p>5. Directly to the right of the Photo 1 box is a small icon of a yellow pencil. That\u2019s it!\u00a0 You\u2019re done blending. If you\u2019re happy with how the image looks, it\u2019s time to save your image and show it off to friends and family.
