This means that ChatGPT is now officially available on iOS through the App Store, and it will be “coming soon” to Android<\/strong>, according to the company.<\/p>\n\n\n

The ChatGPT app is completely free<\/strong>, ad-free, and allows for voice input using Whisper<\/a><\/strong>, an open-source speech recognition system<\/strong> developed by OpenAI. Just like the well-known web version, the app enables us to have natural language conversations with the AI, allowing us to ask questions or simply engage in conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon logging into the iOS app, ChatGPT will synchronize your chat history across all devices<\/strong>, allowing it to access previous questions or searches made on the web version and providing you with that information. Additionally, subscribers to ChatGPT Plus<\/strong>, OpenAI’s paid service, will have access to GPT-4 features<\/a> through this new app. Subscribers using the app will enjoy early access to new features, general access to ChatGPT even during peak hours, faster response times, and other benefits.
