Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse<\/a> just hit theaters around the world<\/strong>. The Sony Pictures Animation film that serves as a sequel to the magnificence Into the Spider-Verse is expected to be almost as successful as its predecessor, and for this it has the perfect ingredient that can make it stand out: more Spider-Mans.<\/p>\n\n\n

As we made clear the other day<\/a>, Across the Spider-Verse will introduce 280 versions of the character<\/strong>, 90 of which will have some kind of prominence, even if it’s just a line. This means that the audience will have the opportunity to get to know and become attached to many different alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, not all of these Spidey versions will be as friendly as Peter Parker or Miles Morales<\/a>. In fact, the antagonist of this film, as far as we know so far, is none other than Spider-Man 2099, a version of the character whose identity belongs to the Mexican Miguel O’Hara.
