Microsoft and Activision Blizzard have agreed to extend their merger agreement while waiting for the outcome of negotiations with British regulatory authorities<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Both parties will have until October 18th to close the deal, after the original deadline expired yesterday. Phil Spencer himself announced the extension via Twitter. But he’s not the only one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
