After receiving feedback from users and clarification on Ubisoft’s official website, the company<\/a> has decided to modify its controversial measure. Now, if a user has made a purchase on their profile<\/strong>, their account cannot be deleted. Therefore, those users who have made a purchase won’t receive the email asking them to keep their account active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For users who haven’t made any purchases, Ubisoft will consider various factors, including the account’s gaming activity<\/strong> since its creation, the length of time since the last login<\/strong>, and whether there is an active subscription associated with the account. However, it’s important to reiterate that if a user owns a purchased game, their account will remain active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
