Similar rock formations have been found on our planet, such as at <strong>Signal Hill<\/strong>, located near the San Andreas Fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the researchers also state that &#8220;it cannot be ruled out with absolute certainty that it is a fragment from an <a href=\"https:\/\/en.softonic.com\/articles\/this-will-be-the-telescope-that-could-find-alien-life-on-other-planets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extraterrestrial<\/a> or terrestrial craft&#8221; and mention a photograph taken by the Curiosity Rover showing <strong>what could be wheels, an axle, and a pile of debris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Extranas-protuberancias-foto-Rover-Marte-768x480-1-1024x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-241695\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Richard Amstrong<\/strong>, the first author of the article and a professor at the University of Aston (Birmingham), stated to The Telegraph, &#8220;There is no way to prove with certainty what the spikes are. Mars images often show strange formations and features that &#8216;resemble&#8217; familiar objects,&#8221; says the researcher. &#8220;Any field of debris on Mars would undoubtedly undergo erosion over time, especially from the wind.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strange rock formations or evidence of alien visitation to the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.softonic.com\/articles\/can-you-imagine-spending-an-isolated-year-the-nasa-test-to-go-to-mars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">red planet<\/a>?
