With the purpose of promoting Windows application Ocster 1-Click Backup,\u00a0 Softonic International, S.L (hereinafter, \u201cSoftonic\u201d), a Spanish Company, with corporate address in Barcelona, c\/ Rossell\u00f3 i P\u00f2rcel, 12 and Spanish Tax Identification Number B-63920920 plans to develop an international campaign to be carried out between 25 May 2012 – and 30 May 2012 and which will allow the users to win a license for Ocster 1-Click Backup according with what is set forth herein.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Scope of the promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The scope of the promotion includes the following sites and countries:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 http:\/\/en.softonic.com\/ (Worldwide)<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Length of the promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The promotion shall start on 25\/05\/2012 at 12pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) and shall end on 31\/05\/2012 at 12pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).
\nAfter this period, a randomized system shall choose 10 entrants who shall win one full version of Ocster 1-Click Backup each.<\/p>\n

The prizes shall be given to the winners 31th May<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Spreading of the promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n

The campaign shall be spread via a blog post, with support from Twitter and Facebook linking to the blog post<\/p>\n

Such spreading shall take place between 25th May\u00a0 2012 and 31th May 2012. Moreover, it shall detail the following information:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Information regarding the prize.
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How to participate in the promotion.
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Start and termination date.
\n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Free promotion<\/p>\n
