A “surprise” series that has been released on Prime Video<\/a><\/strong> and has quickly become one of the most watched is The Jury (Jurdy Duty)<\/strong>, a comedy series created by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky that mixes fiction and reality. Although it had already premiered in April in the United States, its appearance in Spain and other countries has led to its numbers being highly praised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Amazon Prime Video mistake that has ended up working out for the best<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most curious thing is that Amazon Prime Video<\/a><\/strong> uploaded the series without warning at the end of July<\/strong>, but withdrew it after a short time all at once. Shortly after, it uploaded it again in full, as many users who had started watching it stopped being able to follow it through its catalog. Apparently, they uploaded it early by mistake – in France it doesn’t arrive until the end of the summer – but it was so successful that they decided to keep it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Jury already had great success at the<\/strong> Emmy Awards<\/strong>,<\/a> being nominated for four categories -best comedy series, best supporting actor in a comedy, best screenplay in a comedy series and best casting in a comedy series-. In addition, it has 8 half-hour episodes, making it a fairly short series that can be watched in one sitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, El Jurado has become a surprise reference of Amazon Prime Video<\/strong> that continues to place the platform as one of the most watched and valued of the entire streaming landscape. We will see if they continue to surprise us with other novelties.<\/p>\n\n\n
