Microsoft gaming chief Phil Spencer has stated that there are no plans for a mid-generation Xbox X|S Series <\/strong>update, confirming that the company remains focused on current hardware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During an interview with IGN at Gamescom 2023,<\/a><\/strong> Spencer was asked if there is any news about a mid-generation refresh for the current generation of consoles, to which he replied simply, “No. The team is focused on increasing Xbox Series S storage.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
