There have been serious cases of this as with Sense8 or The OA, but there is another one that hurt even more because of the good quality it had: <strong>Mindhunter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Under the baton of David Fincher<\/strong>, one of the best directors in the history of cinema, Mindhunter had two full seasons that delighted crime and thriller fans. However, after its second premiere in 2019, Netflix shut down the project and we haven&#8217;t heard anything more since. But <strong>is there a chance of a third seaso<\/strong>n? As we see in the video below, it would be very interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed-Youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"MINDHUNTER Temporada 3 La SINIESTRA trama del Hijo de Bill Tench\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SvVWOQuF_tU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farewell to Mindhunter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although everything seemed to indicate that Netflix would think again and continue betting on one of the series that have given them the best brand, it seems that there will be <strong>no luck for fans of Mindhunter<\/strong>. In an interview for Le Journal Du Dimanche, Fincher was asked about the series, and his answer could not have been clearer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I&#8217;m very proud of the first two seasons. But <strong>it&#8217;s a very expensive series and, in Netflix&#8217;s eyes, we didn&#8217;t attract enough of an audience to justify the investment.<\/strong> I don&#8217;t blame them, they took risks to get the series off the ground, gave me the means to make Mank the way I wanted, and allowed me to venture down new paths with The Killer. It&#8217;s an opportunity to work with people who are capable of daring. The day our desires aren&#8217;t the same, we&#8217;ll have to be honest and go our separate ways.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/2\/2023\/08\/netflix-mindhunter-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-304315\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, no, we won&#8217;t continue to see the adventures of Holden Ford and Bill Tench on Netflix.
