A new rumor from DigiTimes suggests<\/a> that the Pro models of the iPhone 15 will experience a “significant increase” in their cost<\/strong>. This information adds to what has already been suggested several times by Bloomberg and some analysts at Barclays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

According to Luke Lin, senior analyst at DigiTimes Research, the price increase for the Pro models is primarily due to two factors: the change from stainless steel to titanium for the chassis material and the incorporation of a new periscope lens<\/strong> system <\/strong>in the camera. These advancements could make a significant difference in the quality and durability of the device, justifying, at least in part, the price increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
