According to CD Projekt Red’s lead level designer, Filip Pier\u015bci\u0144ski, the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update could cause overheating issues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated this on Twitter yesterday. As per Pier\u015bci\u0144ski’s comments, the upcoming 2.0 update next month and the Phantom Liberty expansion<\/a> will put a significant strain on your system, with an expected workload of up to 90% on modern eight-core CPUs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before release CP2077 2.0 and PL please check conditions of your cooling systems in PC. We use all what you have, so workload on CPU 90% on 8 core is expected.
