When it comes to downloadable content, players often raise an eyebrow. It’s a common reaction, as DLCs have become a tool to extract more money from consumers without necessarily providing real added value<\/strong>. However, it’s important to give credit to the companies that put effort into creating good downloadable content, as is the case with From Software<\/strong> and their latest game, Elden Ring.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

If there’s one thing the Japanese studio is known for, it’s that their DLCs tend to have high levels of quality. They aren’t just a simple skin or an additional weapon and that’s it, but they contribute a lot to the universe that has been created. Regarding Elden Ring, the game was released at the beginning of 2022 and announced a DLC for which we still don’t have any gameplay or an official release date,<\/strong> but From Software has reassured all players in a recent financial report.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its parent company, Kadokawa, has pointed out that, although “the release date for the Elden Ring DLC is not yet available, development is progressing smoothly.<\/strong>” Additionally, the company notes that they are “working diligently” on the DLC, but they won’t announce a release date until they have the capacity to do so properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
