Neuralink, Elon Musk’s chip implant company<\/a>, is looking for its first volunteer willing to have a piece of their skull removed<\/strong> so that a robot surgeon can insert thin wires and electrodes into the brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal candidate will be a quadriplegic under 40 years old<\/strong> who will also undergo a procedure to implant a chip with 1,000 electrodes in their brain, as reported by the company to Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
