Tesla Owners Silicon Valley (@teslaownersSV) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/teslaownersSV\/status\/1723970781246550451?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 13, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tesla doesn&#8217;t want resale with a car that has cost a lot to produce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The eagerly anticipated Cybertruck will be delivered to the first customers at a special event later this month, <strong>although mass production of the vehicle is not expected until 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aware that some buyers may want to take advantage of the rarity of the Cybertruck, <strong>Tesla states that resellers of the vehicle will need a valid reason and written permission from the automaker<\/strong>\u2026 or they may face legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tesla.com\/configurator\/api\/v3\/terms?locale=en_US&amp;model=my&amp;saleType=Sale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">The company says<\/a> that if sold without the manufacturer&#8217;s permission, &#8220;Tesla may seek injunctive relief to prevent the transfer of title of the vehicle or demand damages in an amount of $50,000 or the value received as consideration for the sale or transfer, whichever is greater.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tesla Reveals New Matte Black Cybertruck!\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1-HF-PH2tcI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
