Google has filed lawsuits against two separate groups of scammers in an attempt to protect its users from malware using its chatbot Bard AI as bait<\/strong> and to set a legal precedent to assist others in combating scammers on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a blog post<\/a>, the company states it is pursuing those posing as Bard<\/strong>, as well as those abusing the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the report, the first group created Bard “applications” containing malware<\/strong>. Subsequently, the group would advertise these applications, using the malware to compromise victims’ social media accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
