According to Androidpolice<\/a>, this new customization feature is one of the upcoming novelties that Google will bring to users of its native Contacts app<\/strong>, which, for example, is present on Pixel phones, also created and designed by Google. In fact, the new Pixel 8 made headlines for offering up to 7 confirmed years of service policies and updates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This improvement will be available for the purest Android customization layers<\/strong>, as many brands often choose applications designed by themselves through their respective layers. For instance, Samsung users with One UI on their Operating System<\/strong> have a contacts app designed by Samsung<\/strong>, thus making it incompatible with this enhancement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting in 2024, Google will begin deleting accounts that have been inactive for more than 2 years<\/a>.
