Nintendo and PlayStation usually get the upper hand in receiving games from older consoles, leaving Microsoft&#8217;s console out of such situations. Not this time, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ININ Games has announced the release of five classic titles from their catalog on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One. <strong>These include Clockwork Aquario, Cotton 100%, Pocky &amp; Rocky Reshrined, Ultracore, and Panorama Cotton, set to be available on December 7th<\/strong>. All these games have previously appeared on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and PlayStation 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cotton 100% is a shoot&#8217;em&#8217;up, the second in the Cotton franchise, labeled by the company as a &#8220;cute\u2019em\u2019up&#8221;<\/strong> due to its emphasis on vibrant colors, surrealistic settings, and adorable characters. It originally debuted on the SNES in 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed-Youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cotton 100% Comes to XBOX!\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fOv4md2VXvA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Panorama Cotton is actually the third installment in the franchise, released almost simultaneously with Cotton 100%, but this time for the Sega Mega Drive<\/strong>. With an adorable pixel art style, it&#8217;s an excellent old-school multidirectional scrolling shooter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed-Youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Nopino goblins have reached Xbox.. Pocky and Rocky need your help!\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oYjsZMQ76oU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ultracore, released in 2020 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, is the definitive version of Hardcore<\/strong>. It&#8217;s a Turrican-style game, a run-and-gun that got canceled back in 1990, only to be revived 30 years later in its definitive form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed-Youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ultracore Comes to XBOX!\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SgfTrLeAovA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clockwork Aquario, the latest of the announced games, is the most unique of the bunch<\/strong>.
