Larian Studios<\/strong>, the creators of the saga, have shared this week the gameplay statistics of all Baldur’s Gate 3 players<\/a>, revealing some quite “curi-ous” (sorry) data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the latest installment of Baldur\u2019s Gate, we’ll have the chance to get to know Halsin “very deeply,” a druid capable of transforming into a bear<\/strong> who will accompany us on our adventure if we wish. The most notable aspect of this character is that, just like with the other companions in our adventures, we can initiate a romance with him<\/strong>. At some point, we even have <\/strong>the possibility of having “intimate relations.”<\/strong> <\/a>Yes, you probably already have an idea of where this is going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the statistics shared by Larian Studios, 66% of players chose to have sexual relations with Halsin in his human form, while 33% opted for the “furry path” <\/strong>and preferred to have a bear (quite literally) “show them love” (let it be known that I respect others’ choices).<\/p>\n\n\n

There’s more interesting data to uncover. Larian’s statistics show that the accumulated playtime of all Baldur\u2019s Gate 3<\/a> players amounts to 452,556,984 hours<\/strong>, which equates to 51,662 years (more than the history of human civilization itself).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most played Origin character by Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 players is the good Gale<\/strong> (yes, that wizard whose hand you can sever at the beginning of the game), followed by Astarion<\/strong>, the vampire who has inspired most of the game’s fan fiction. Additionally, the most popular love interest in Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 is none other than the darling of gods and the most intriguing girl in the world: Shadowheart<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, another fascinating piece of data is undoubtedly about Scratch, the sweetest boy in all of Baldur\u2019s Gate, who has been petted over 48.5 million times by players<\/strong>. What’s most surprising about this figure, in my opinion, is that it’s not even higher.<\/p>\n\n\n
