We have talked a lot about Rebel Moon, a project that started as part of the Star Wars universe<\/a><\/strong> and ended up in the hands of Zack Snyder, produced by Netflix as a great exclusive film. And they had everything to succeed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Rebel Moon Part 1: A Child of Fire, directed by Zack Snyder, is receiving very negative reviews. As more reviews keep coming in, with 24 so far, the movie has a 28% on Rotten Tomatoes<\/strong>, a truly terrible score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Snyder defenders jump in, Snyder is not usually “hated” by critics. Most of his films, from Dawn of the Dead to 300, including Watchmen and Justice League, have received a score between 60 and 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A movie that had everything to succeed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Netflix has invested a huge amount of money and advertising in Rebel Moon, which was described as Zack Snyder’s Star Wars<\/strong> (based on a real rejected Star Wars proposal).<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is only part one of two, where a second movie will arrive in April 2024. <\/a>There will also be at least one Rebel Moon video game, and Snyder has previously talked about a massive triple A RPG.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
