For me, Mindhunter is the best series ever released on Netflix. It’s smart, intense, brilliantly directed and acted. And the plot is amazing. Unfortunately, after season two, news about the series stopped coming.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Last February, in an interview with Le Journal Du Dimance, David Fincher confirmed, to the dismay of everyone, that<\/strong> Mindhunter would not be renewed for a third season<\/a>. And the blame was on Netflix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I am very proud of the first two seasons. But it is a particularly expensive series and, in Netflix’s eyes, we have not attracted a large enough audience to justify such an investment. I don’t blame them, they took risks to launch the series, they gave me the means to make the movie of my dreams, Mank, and they allowed me to venture into new paths with The Killer,” he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
