Google has wanted to show itself at the forefront of current trends<\/strong> in generative Artificial Intelligence by sharing an image made with the generator that is part of Google Bard. However, despite the company showing off the result<\/strong>, and even using it as a profile picture on Instagram<\/a><\/strong>, the community has reacted with very mixed opinions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As usual, the stream of technology lovers of Artificial Intelligence praised the result of that image<\/strong>, but many other people have been critical of an art that they have considered improvable, with multiple flaws and lacking in purpose<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

A generated and controversial image<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Google Bard, the company’s Artificial Intelligence, which is currently powered by the powerful Gemini iteration, is capable of generating images automatically. However, despite Google’s intentions of showcasing the result of one of its generations, not everyone has valued this work of AI in the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dilemma of Artificial Intelligence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Artificial Intelligence involves many moral dilemmas today, and the emergence of Google with this controversial image<\/strong> has once again ignited the discord that comes with an AI being able to replicate the work of a sector that, despite the result often being quite improvable<\/strong>, usually exceeds the minimum standards that many companies set for these compositions (although, in the eyes of anyone with a good eye, the result is frequently deplorable<\/strong> and full of defects).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, there is also the emerging environmental problem<\/strong> that involves the use of Artificial Intelligence, which consumes huge amounts of energy and water for tasks that compensate very little for the environmental impact<\/strong>. That is why companies like Microsoft are already trying to develop an AI with lower energy requirements to promote more sustainable models<\/strong> than those currently available in the Artificial Intelligence technology market.<\/p>\n\n\n
