Last week, Google<\/strong> surprised the world with an announcement: their AI chatbot, Bard<\/strong>, will now be called Gemini<\/strong> and will be available as a mobile app<\/strong>. In this way, the company unified their AI under the Gemini umbrella brand, which we have known about since last December<\/a>, and made it easier for users to access it in order to compete head-to-head with ChatGPT<\/strong> from OpenAI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

While the launch of the new Gemini app was quite limited, the situation has started to change this week, with the expansion of the app to more regions<\/strong>. Starting today, Gemini for Android will be fully available in English<\/strong> in the United States, and will be available in more countries in the coming days, as stated<\/a> on his Twitter account by Jack Krawczyk<\/strong>, from Google.<\/p>\n\n\n
