If until now it was expected that Nintendo Switch 2 would be released during the last quarter of 2024, according to journalist Pedro Henrique Lutti Lippe<\/a>, along with several other sources confirming what he says<\/a>, the console will be released during the first quarter of 2025<\/strong>. A brief delay that would be within expectations. But it has not been well received by shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Bloomberg’s report<\/a>, Nintendo’s shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange have fallen by up to 8.8%, settling at a 5.8% loss in value<\/strong>. This comes after reaching a record high last week, reaching 8,874 yen, around 55 euros at the exchange rate, following the leak of the release of Nintendo Switch 2 for this year. After the drop, Nintendo’s shares have fallen to 8,410 yen, around 52 euros. A very high figure for Nintendo, but it represents a decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
