Being a fan of Bloodborne<\/strong> is possibly harder than playing it. The video game by FromSoftware<\/strong>, the creators of the Dark Souls<\/strong> saga, was released 9 years ago exclusively for PlayStation 4<\/strong>, winning over all our hearts with a mind-blowing story and drastically faster combat than the previous Souls games.<\/p>\n\n\n

While it is a video game that can be enjoyed more or less decently on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 (where it has some small performance improvements), there are many of us who have been asking for a remastered version for PS5 and PC <\/strong>for years<\/a>, with 60 fps, graphic quality on par with Elden Ring<\/strong>, and loading times that don’t make you rethink your entire existence. But Sony<\/strong>, the owner of the rights to Bloodborne, still hasn’t released it<\/strong>, much to our dismay and agony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, with a more agonizing wait than that of Hollow Knight: Silksong<\/strong> (or at least on par), it’s no wonder that fans have had to find ways to keep Bloodborne fresh<\/a>. Among the great ideas from the community is Return to Yharnam<\/strong>, an annual event that stems from the great love we have for this video game and encourages us to return to the hunt.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Twitter user @Mephistophea<\/a><\/strong> encourages us once again to create a new character in Bloodborne<\/strong> and to replay the game. But that’s not all; to show Sony that the Bloodborne community is more alive than ever, all players are invited to “participate in as many cooperative games as possible along the way”<\/strong> and to leave messages near the lanterns (the bonfires of the game) that say: “You’re aware, right?”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return to Yharnam will take place this year between March 24th and April 7th<\/strong>. Without a doubt, it is yet another excuse to return to playing a video game that, without a doubt, needs to make a grand comeback.<\/p>\n\n\n
