WhatsApp, the instant messaging application<\/strong> from Meta, has already started testing a new privacy update<\/strong> on selected users that will allow users to have greater control over the information they provide to third-party companies through shared links<\/strong>. This is not the first privacy update<\/strong> that WhatsApp has carried out in recent months. Privacy improvements for users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As Androidpolice advances<\/a><\/strong>, in recent days some users have already been able to enjoy an improvement in privacy that specifically limits link previews<\/strong> within WhatsApp so that these third-party websites do not have access to users’ IP addresses<\/a><\/strong>, a measure that aims to further improve user security on the web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
