The southwest of Germany becomes the protagonist of the new City Update 06<\/strong> for Microsoft Flight Simulator<\/strong>. Players will experience improvements in the state of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, the third largest state in the country both in terms of population and area.<\/p>\n\n\n

On the occasion of this update, the development team chose seven<\/strong> cities to give them a little makeover. These are Mannheim, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Esslingen, and Kehl<\/strong> in Germany. The French city of Strasbourg<\/strong>, located next to the border with Kehl, has also been improved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the way, the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg airport has received visual improvements to provide accuracy. The developers have explained that the cities “have been recreated using the latest high-resolution aerial images and feature high-fidelity TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network) surface modeling.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
