At least 29,000 “bride” ads explicit AI<\/a> have been published on Meta platforms, most of them with messages related to sex; at least 19,000 ads have the term “NSFW” and 14,000 “NSFW AI”.<\/p>\n\n\n

These explicit ads seem to violate Meta’s policy on adult content advertising, which prohibits advertisers from posting ads that “contain adult content, such as nudity and depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are excessively suggestive or sexually provocative.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The community guidelines of Facebook and Instagram prohibit nudity and anything that the platform considers to “offer sexual services”.<\/strong> These platforms also prohibit sexual language in cases of sexual solicitation (or perceived as such), including “commonly sexual emojis”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
