When you add more than two apps to the download queue, the rest of the apps will appear as &#8220;Pending&#8221; and will start downloading once the previous ones have finished (as it used to happen when downloading more than one app).<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, this new functionality <strong>does not currently extend to app updates<\/strong>. As 9to5Google points out in their article, <strong>implementing this feature in app updates would be more convenient<\/strong>, although it is likely that Google will eventually do it.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/Google-Play-Store-290424-1024x576-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-279701\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google has been working on allowing users to download more than one application at a time for several years, <strong>without the idea taking off completely<\/strong>.
