Twitter officially rebranded almost a year ago<\/a>, but most of its pages still used Twitter in their URL until now. For many, having the Twitter website still be called Twitter was a small comfort in the face of this new direction for the social network.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now, Elon Musk has announced that the social network has finished moving all its core systems to X.com<\/strong>, which means it has completed the transition to its new identity and has erased all traces of the name Twitter and its iconic blue bird logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As noted by The Verge, the website has also edited its landing page and login page with a note at the bottom that says: “Welcome to x.com! We inform you that we are changing our URL, but your privacy settings and data protection remain the same”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
