That&#8217;s why <strong>it shouldn&#8217;t surprise us that a physical edition of the game will be announced at the end of 2023<\/strong>. With an estimated release in early 2024, people have had to wait for most of the year for their copies of the game. And now we have received news that may seem bad, but have a positive background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The game&#8217;s production has suffered numerous delays. The reason is that it is so extensive that they have had to distribute it on multiple discs. Something that <strong>Larian has clarified will lead to those waiting for the PlayStation 5 version in North America having to wait a little longer<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/larianstudios\/status\/1794059975746105362\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">It won&#8217;t be until July<\/a>, at least, until these copies are shipped, although not all the news is bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Baldur&#039;s Gate 3 Official Launch Trailer\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1T22wNvoNiU?start=4&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Larian, they have asked the company responsible for the physical editions of Baldur&#8217;s Gate 3 to hire more temporary workers in order to produce the discs faster. This, <strong>along with the fact that Xbox copies of Baldur&#8217;s Gate 3 are already being shipped, means that they could catch up soon<\/strong>.
