That is why news about it is already starting to come out, given its release date is approaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a blog post, <strong>Ubisoft has announced that Star Wars Outlaws will have a battle pass<\/strong>. For those who purchase the game on release day, they will be able to play an extra mission, The Gambit of Jabba. In this mission, you will have to form a team to pull off a massive heist to pay off a debt incurred with the legendary Jabba the Hutt years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Star Wars Outlaws - Tr\u00e1iler de historia oficial | PlayStation Espa\u00f1a\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/G2tdLyH1ZwA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the battle pass, <strong>it has been confirmed that the game will have, at least, two story DLCs<\/strong>. The first one is called Wild Card, in which Kay, the game&#8217;s protagonist, will enter a Sabbac tournament, a card game from the Star Wars world, where she will meet Lando Calrissian. For the second DLC, A Pirate&#8217;s Fortune, you will have to face a group of pirates, helping the famous pirate Hondo Ohnaka. The first DLC will be released in autumn 2024 and the second one in spring 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both DLCs will also include various cosmetics for the game. <strong>As far as we know, these DLCs will only be available through the purchase of the battle pass<\/strong>, and cannot be purchased separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Star Wars Outlaws will be released on August 30th for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, and PC<\/strong>. If you purchase the Gold Edition of the game, you will also have access to the game&#8217;s battle pass and will be able to start playing three days earlier, on August 27th.
