Pocketpair, the company behind Palworld, has made it very clear that they don’t care what the rest of the industry does: they will never go free-to-play, although they admit that they considered it for a while<\/strong>. ‘We have decided that free-to-play or games as a service don’t suit our game well.’<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It makes sense: after all, the game wasn’t designed with that model in mind, and now they would have to change everything to adapt it. And it’s not worth it for a trend, since they are aware that ‘it’s not what our players want, and we always put them first<\/strong>.’<\/em> Yes, there may be skins or additional content in the future, but it will be something discussed with the community and they will never act unilaterally.
