However, according to documents accessed by The New York Times<\/a>, the price of ChatGPT+ will rise to $22 per month before the end of the year. Beyond this, the subscription cost is expected to increase to $44 per month by 2029<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these price changes, OpenAI is looking to raise up to 7 billion dollars, which translates to a company valuation of 150 billion, a figure much higher than the 30 billion just a year ago, when Microsoft began its investment in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite generating monthly revenues of 300 million dollars, OpenAI continues to have significant expenses, which will lead the company to lose about 5 billion this year. In terms of revenue, ChatGPT Plus represents a significant part of OpenAI’s business<\/strong>, contributing 2.7 billion of the 3.7 billion projected for this year.<\/p>\n\n\n
