Unlike what many might expect, Dynamic Duo will not have Batman as the protagonist. Instead of focusing on the Dark Knight, the movie will follow DC’s two most iconic Robins: Dick Grayson and Jason Todd. These characters have marked an era within the comics, and now, under the creative direction of James Gunn and the production of Matt Reeves (The Batman), they will have their chance to shine without Batman’s shadow.

The story, written by Matthew Aldrich (Coco, Lightyear), will delve into the origins of Grayson and Todd, showing us how two young orphans became the Robins we all know. The plot follows these characters as they face their own challenges and develop skills, highlighting their friendship and the tensions that will lead them to different paths in the future.
